The Building

  • Creative Citadel is a heritage-listed former Salvation Army hall, originally built in 1910 with rear stables added in 1923. The restoration by Hunt & Design won Australia's Best Heritage Renovation (Channel 9) and has been featured in House & Garden, The Local Project, and Artichoke Magazine. The original 1910 trusses, exposed brickwork from the 1923 stables, and federation details have been retained throughout. The design approach blends industrial, art deco, and federation styles — it's why the space feels the way it does.

Equipment & Tech

  • Basic equipment (tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.) is included with each space.

Studio C has a professional lighting grid and corner cyclorama. Podcast C has a full audio setup with Shure SM7B mics and Rode Caster Pro.

For anything else — camera gear, additional lighting, props — we can recommend hire suppliers or arrange it through The Co-Op.

Spec details for each space available on the individual space pages.
