Features

The show-stopper is the kitchen. 4M+ of cement, brass, steel, and Viola marble. It anchors the open-plan living space and catches the light differently at every hour.

But there's texture everywhere. The lime render brickwork is original 1900s. The wooden beams are exposed and imperfect in all the right ways. The industrial surfaces and fittings are meticulously considered — nothing accidental, nothing overdone.

Three bedrooms, each with its own character. Two outdoor terraces. Two bathrooms. A laundry. Multiple setups without moving location. You could shoot an entire campaign here and never repeat a backdrop.
