What Makes Studio C Different

Most Sydney studios are either loud or beautiful. Studio C is both.

With 360° sound curtains, you get tight, controlled audio. Not echo or traffic noise. The corner cyclorama and exposed brick give you cinematic flexibility. And with Edit C right next door, you can shoot in the morning and be cutting by lunch.

It's one of the only spaces in Sydney where sound-critical content doesn't need a second studio.

  • Professional lighting grid with LSC control system

  • The lighting system includes power supply, dimming, and hard power distribution:

    • 6 × 6Ch Socapex tails fixed in grid at suitable intervals

    • 36 × 10Amp standard 3-pin tails

    • 12 × dimmer channels + 12 × hard power channels (independently patchable)

    • DMX control via LSC NEXUS system (rack + networked grid node)

    • 4 × standard DMX outputs at rack point

    • 5 × standard DMX outputs at grid point

    Control Options:

    • In-house LSC Clarity (MacBook) with 512 parameters (1 DMX universe)

    • Artnet or DMX input supported

    • SACN universes supported

    • Nexlan network control software available

    Client Setup:

    • End users provide their own lighting fixtures with approved 48.5 OD grid fixings

    • Citadel can recommend lighting suppliers, directors, gaffers, and qualified crew
